Worst crew to guest ratio. English language not a priority. No communication. Don't deliver promise like loyalty match. Only one phone number to call or email. They respond on their own time when and if they want. Started to contact them Nov 5th and got someone Dec 14th after the cruise. Food are very small portion, I.e. 2 oz. Steak, ordered med and got well done. Everyone at table returned food. Server did not know what shrimp cocktail sauce was. Room was not cleaned upon check-in. Took over 2 hours to get on ship then have to line up at one of 6 machines to have credit card authorized. Half the passengers have no assigned table. Our table was overbooked and one couple had to change table the next day. Maitred' has big attitude problem. Guest service give wrong information. As days went on, less food displayed daily. Main food was pizza after hours after a long wait. Not enough fruits and not cut. One frozen yogurt machine for 4300 passengers from 2pm to 5pm. Melts quickly. Not much activities.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Room is very small compared to other cruises. Draws are 12x10 that you can't fit anything. Not enough closet space. No hanging hooks. Where the desk is placed, you can't use it. One square to sit on other than bed. Nobturn down service. No folded animals. Did not show which lifeboat to go to,just area, totally unorganized. Safety hazard. A glass window in a cabin was broken by high waves on the 5th level, rooms were flooded on the second last day. Never happened in the last 30 years with other cruises.
