First of all, our transfer representative from Miami airport was not where she was supposed to meet us. (Baggage carousel). The worst part was that the employee told her supervisor that SHE was there and we were not. This was an outright lie! Yes, she was some place at the airport, I assume, maybe, but not where she was supposed to meet us. I was on the telephone for 30 minutes with her supervisor who kept telling me that the employee who was supposed to meet us was there but she wasn't! Then of course, apologies that sounded quite bogus. ("I was meeting someone else whose flight was late." If this was true she should have told this to her supervisor who told us otherwise.)

Next issue was the Nassau Paradise Island Excursion. Granted we were late to land because of bad weather. However, for the price, I recommend, don't bother. The boat is nicer and you already paid a fortune for it. Don't bother to go to the Adventureland. It is at least a 1 mile walk from where they drop you off to the pool area and the excursion people were extremely disorganized. If you have ever been to an average indoor or outdoor water park, you will be disappointed in this one. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ok, the good stuff. Like any cruise I have ever been on (Raddisson, Celebrity), the food was plentiful and very good. Kids loved it. We didn't go to the adult only anything because I was with my mom, my kids and grandkids. The wait staff was excellent and made it clear that they aimed to please. They even cut up the kids food! Room was very nice except for the location.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin 09C

The location of our room was awful. We booked the cruise in August for November and it was a mistake for us to accept the room that our travel agent booked us in. It was on the second floor and all the way to the back (aft) of the boat. Well, it was EXTREMELY NOISY. This made it extremely difficult to sleep. I recommend ear plugs for anyone booking a room in the back of the boat.
