Worst cruise for the price we paid. First of all we asked for adjoining rooms and we got adjoining rooms they just consequently a joint to the rooms on the other side of each of our rooms not together My mother's luggage never arrived from the airline in Honolulu and the Norwegian port where we got on the ship said somebody from the ship would go to the airport in Maui and pick it up the next day When the baggage still had not arrived on the third day of the cruise we asked somebody at customer service to call and find out where the bag might be and we were told that that was deltas problem in our problem not the ships problem
Three out of the four hot tubs on the main deck did not work All of the meals and all of the restaurants were the exact same for each meal every day of the cruise There was only two and sometimes three if you really looked for it places for photography options The shopping selection on the ship was dismal
And on the final day when they were rushing to get everyone off the ship one of the members in the breakfast buffet actually hit me with a platter covered in fruit juice which that meant I was covered in fruit juice from my knees down with no way of showering because we already had to be out of the rooms I was not asked how I was or if I was injured I was covered in fruit juice and nobody offered me a towel or washcloth As a matter fact the gentleman who came to mop up the fruit juice on the floor actually mopped around where I was standing and never said a word to me After standing for five minutes waiting to see if anybody would notice I finally got somebody and asked if I could get something to wash the fruit juice off and I was handed a dirty dish rag
Very small the balcony was the exact same size as the room
