Fancy Ship, nice pools and spas, decorated nicely for Christmas. Some staff very helpful specially our cabin boy and our waiters, others could be rude. the people at the service desk, not all but some were difficult, but did respond when you pushed them hard. Why is it necessary to get strong with them. One of their tricks is to say I'll be right back, go in back room and not come out, hoping you will go away. The captains cocktail party was just one big commercial with he and his staff having to repeat in four languages, how boring!!! They served either a fruit punch or a poor quality champagne. Those sitting with my wife and I said they would not sail again with MSC

AGAIN THIS IS A PRETTY SHIP however there is room for improvement in other areas.

We also noticed many people coughing, and sure enough the afternoon we got off we were coughing also. Is this a sick ship?

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin O2

Our cabin was tended to very nicely, I give our Stewart an a for excellence, the room was noisy as the crew quarters must have been just below us.
