We had a wonderful time on this cruise, especially compared to our last cruise on the Grand Princess. We found all the staff, from top to bottom, very pleasant and accommodating. Any problem or question was taken care of promptly.

The food was excellent, even on the buffet. We had chateaubriand on the buffet cutting board as well as leg of lamb and pork loin, all of which were excellent. Many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A little disappointed in the dining room choices for dinner.

The one problem in service was in the dining room. We had an excellent waiter, but not so good assistant and most dinners took over two hours. Many other tables were served and gone by the time we were still being served. But overall we found the employees very welcoming and service oriented and food very good. This was our 9th cruise so lots to compare to.

Balcony

Cabin BC

This is a handicap room and was very roomy and held a scooter very well. Roll in shower was also very good.

There was a water leak from the bathroom wall that needs to be addressed. It was brought to the staffs attention.

Cartagena (Colombia)

This was very interesting and a definite historic site overlooking Cartagena. I enjoyed it immensely. Not so much going through the downtown area.
