Our first time sailing with Princess; our other 3 cruises having been with P&O Australia, which have been deteriorating in standards over the past few years & were disappointing to say the least.

However, it would be hard to fault this one on the Diamond Princess. Everything was well organised from embarkation to dis-embarkation. The staff were professional and carried out their duties in a relaxed & measured way.

We were lucky in having calm seas and good weather for the 2 weeks and were able to visit all the 7 ports on the itinerary.

First time we have been right up the top on the Lido deck, but it was great. Easy access to the pools, deck & buffet. Interior room was well designed with double mirrors on the wall so the space felt big. Forward lifts meant easy access to the theatre and atrium. No noise from the Lido deck or spa above was heard.
