The Cruise from Hell; Royal Princess 11/30/2015

Review for the Eastern Caribbean Cruise on Caribbean Princess

The Ship was beautiful. Upon entering ship We were impressed. That ended when entering our cabin D123. Opened the door and it smelled like Urine. The Cabin stewart did what he could to alleviate the problem, to no avail. Went to Desk, she stated the Ship was sailing full, however in 2 days first port Antigua passengers would be getting off they would have room to move us to another cabin at that time. The very next day a letter was stuffed in mail slot for our cabin D123. The letter said sailing full no availability. The letter was from Management staff but DID NOT HAVE A SIGNATURE. This is totally unprofessional. To leave a Passenger in a Un Sanitary situation and then not even have the common Courtsey to speak with us face to face.

The Shower stall flooded the entire 10 days. The smell remained until we left. Water dripped from ceiling in Horizon dinning room. The Ladies bath rooms in Public areas smelled like raw Sewerage. Tip do not purchase the Beverage plan for Sodas and juice. Just scream at the waiter and get your juice for free. We purchased the plan and whitnessed the Waiters on more than one occasion getting disgruntled guest what they wanted. We were asked to see our Beverage card, of course we were African American.

The deck floor was totally un safe. Then failed to remove flooded water 99% of the time. The passengers on this cruise were 95% over the age of 75. The Lido deck looks like a floating Nursing home. At night they give them extra cushons for the chase loungers and Picnic looking blankets to watch the movies. The Beverage manager is extremely Rude to Guest. The Host in Concerto dining room Disrespects African american Women. I could go on for days. Stay away rom this ship
