We are loyal Diamond members but felt like the crew was just phoning it in and going through the motions.

The food was plentiful but not that tasty. The service in the dining room was fairly efficient but lacked the extra touches with presentation and service. Head waiter was outright rude. Rarely saw the assistant waiter. Johnny Rockets had horrible service with worst food. Windjammer was like dorm food. Breakfast and lunch in dining room was average.

There were much fewer activities than normal and they were poorly organized. They managed to make Bingo an unorganized mess which for a paid activity was problematic. The Disney trivia was a nightmare. With a large family cruise (with 990 children that cruise director complained about daily), they should have planned better.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Room was large enough but bathroom seemed a little smaller than on Freedom for a junior suite. There was some trash (candy wrappers, toy) in the room when we went in at first and cigarette butts on balcony. Other than that room was fine.
