This is my second cruise, first with Royal Caribbean. My family of 5 (husband, 21mth old daughter, 8 year old son and 14 year old son) arrived in Tampa at 9:20 AM (straight flight with Air Canada from Toronto, Ontario, Canada). Upon arriving to the airport everything went smoothly. The Royal Caribbean airport transfer representatives were fast and efficient. Was happy to see that our bus was a huge GreyHound sized bus with lots of space.

The Embarking process was fast and I was happy that we were able to board the ship as early as 11:00 AM. The only downside to that was our rooms were not available until approximately 1:30 PM, which Meant we had to lug around with our carry ons (for my family that meant 5 bags).

The Wind Jammer buffet on Deck 11 was open for lunch as soon as we got on Board. I was not impressed with the food in this restaurant on the first day. Everything was cold or Luke warm. Nothing was hot and things did not seem overly fresh the way I would have hoped. The staff were polite but also not overly friendly like I experienced on my last cruise. So in a nut shell nothing to put down about the staff but nothing to rave about either.
