Worst cruise ever! Not worth the money at all! Firstly they are the most disorganized cruise line out there. I was shocked when I arrived at the port and the line up was almost at security. It was so disorganized from the start they had two lineups that made things more confusing. The staff couldn't tell you where to go because they didn't even know what was happening. Then when we finally got on the ship our rooms were not ready which you know is understandable sometimes it takes longer than they expect.

So we went up to the buffet. Never have I ever seen a buffet on a cruise ship serve hot dogs and hamburgers as apart of the buffet. The food in the buffet was always cold and horrible.When you were done eating at the buffet it also took forever for the staff to remove the dirty dishes. Three or four would pass and just ignore the dishes. While on the ship they had over 3 formal night in the dining room which wasn't expected one or two would have been good but over three was too much. The waiters in the dining room are under trained passing food over you. Responding with a YUP. What kind of service is that.

Then when it came to actually get of the ship in ports it was a bigger disaster! They didn't announce that we arrived. They didn't tell us when we could start getting of the ship nothing. And the staff didn't know anything about what was going on either. The other thing is we left EVERY port LATE!!! Even out of MIAMI we were supposed to leave at 7 we left after 10. And they didn't inform us until later on around 9 as too why we haven't left. Read more
