There are a few good things to say about this cruise. Leaving from Baltimore was wonderful, everything so organized and easy to get through. I did like the fact that this ship had a separate pool indoors for adults only and there were enough chairs around the pool. They were also vigilant about chair "hoggers". The entertainment was good So, that's about it for the good things.

We had booked this cruise for our entire family as a 25th anniversary celebration. One of our daughters with her 2 boys & husband had no air conditioning in their cabin. My son-in-law complained for 2 days before they even saw a mechanic come by. Imagine, Bahamas in the summer with air conditioning! The customer service was deplorable. They said there was nothing they could do to move them until after some people left in Fla. So, they gave them another cabin....slept 2 people. So only 2 people could have air conditioning. After a most uncomfortable week they were given $500 to use on another cruise. As if!

The outdoor pool is so small we were laughing about it being "people soup". The food in the dining room was pretty good, the buffet was so-so. Plenty of choices but the only thing that was good was the freshly made omelets. Funny, breakfast in the dining room we were cautioned not to order the omelets because they would take at least 20 minutes to get.
