What a disappointment this cruise was due to the lack of hospitality from the service staff and the low food quality. We really wanted to enjoy Princess and while the decor of the public spaces charmed us the overall vibe given off by the staff was a major turn off. We were ignored by staff as we walked the decks and companionways throughout the vessel. The crew appeared glum while others gave the impression they were too good to work in the hospitality industry.

The food was no better than what we receive on other mainstream lines.

The new show in the main theater: "Magic To Do" was shown only on one night and both performances were SRO and guests were turned away. People began to line up for the 10:15 PM performance at 9:00 PM when learning that the 8:15 PM show turned people away. Why not present the new show on two nights of the 7 night cruise or would that double the licensing fees to the show's creator for Princess?
