What could have been a great trip was ruined by rude staff, except for housekeeping who were lovely, major plumbing issues in some cabins, flooding, brown bath water, tasteless food, only time worth eating was breakfast in the pantry. The waterfront restaurant was not worth going to, tried twice and dissapointed by food and staff. Angelos restaurant was the worst of the lot . Dragon lady was ok except I think the dragon served us. Half of the lifts dont work. It took hours to be tendered of the ship in Hamilton Island because they only had 2 or 3 tenders running. I could go on and on but just want to get over it. I and my travel companions couldnt wait to get off. No I am not a whinger , Have done several cruises and always enjoyed, but def not this one. On a positive the bed was comfortable and room was a decent size, although my friend thought her cabin was dirty and bought some cleaning wipes in Cairns
