Very confused in peoples reviews of the Norwegian escape. Many things can go wrong with a trip but you have to go with it and enjoy. My biggest joy about this ship was the staff. Many of the reviews I've read make comments on how horrible the staff was and that they seemed very unhappy. All I have to say about that is " treat people how you expect to be treated ". Every staff member I experienced was great and my daughter thought the ropes coarse and water slide staff was amazing. They knew her and my nieces names within a day. A shout goes out to Lesley, Romeo S, Noel ,Lindi, Donny, Jo Jo and Cornelius all of the deck staff. You are the best!! I would also like to say The Brewhouse staff was great. Wish we had of spent a little more then just the last night there. Room stewards were all pleasant.

The food and all the dinning rooms were all exceptional. I found their was a great variety of food. Between the buffet,main dinning rooms and Oshehan's their was plenty to choose from food wise.only disappointment was that Margaritaville wasn't complimentary now but didn't effect my trip at all. Booked to go see After Midnight but was having way to much fun to go. The adult area and the Grotto in the back of the ship was great. Pools were a great size. Overall the ship was beautiful, clean and impressive. I am now looking at booking my second cruise with Norwegian. I am a new fan!!!
