This was the worst organised and run cruise we have ever been on, luckily it was only 3 nights long. One of the best things about cruising is the dining experiences but dining on Pacific Aria was atrocious. The Waterfront dining room has been cut in half with the top floor made into specialty restaurants where you are expected to pay extra for a meal that is small, mushy and cold. There were long lineups at the Waterfront dining room and you are expected to take a buzzer and wait who knows how long to be called as if you are at the local fish and chip shop. The entertainment was limited and sporadic and we hardly found a comfortable seat anywhere on board with the Showroom the worst layout we have come across.

We had an oceanview cabin which was quite good and our cabin steward was good.

The Reception desk was dysfunctional and unhelpful with even the most basic duties such as settlement of on board account.

Cabin Review

Cabin Oceanview

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Bit of a lottery with the shower but most of them are.
