I've cruised more than 15 times on several cruise lines, including at least 8 on RCCL, they are one of my favorite cruise lines. After this cruise, I've never felt more compelled to give other travelers a heads-up about this ship. They boast it is one of the largest ships. Well, maybe, but in my opinion, they just added more cabins and downsized other amenities and staffing.

Where do I start - dining. We attempted three times to make dining reservations only to have them lost or have the promise that someone would call us to correct the problem or confirm reservations, which never happened. I had to go to different restaurants to try to make reservation, most were sold out. Very frustrating. BTW... I should add that we only go to restaurants included in package so I can only speak on those. Maybe the additional charge, specialty restaurants have all the good food.

Entertainment - the shows we wanted to see I was told they were sold out only to find out the next day half the theater was empty. Shows we did get into were not entertaining. Music and bands onboard leave a lot to be desired.
