They just couldn't seem to get it right in most areas. First off on boarding my husband did not really read the form and marked yes to one of the questions that you should NEVER mark yes too if you want to get on the ship. So I had to sail without him. Our bags had already been sent to the room so they had to go get his, 4 1/2 hours later they finally returned his bag to port for him to collect. That was the first sign this was not going to go well. Things they did well the did excellent, stateroom attendant was excellent! Entertainment in the Centrum was EXCELLENT, productions in the Pacifica theatre were good, food and wait staff in the my time dining was Excellent. That is about where the list ends on positives.

The failure on the my time dining was with the management. For some reason we were not assigned a table for a dining deck so every time I was given the run around. Seas were extremely rough for one of the days on board with 9ft swells that pitched you around in the ship, lots of seasickness. Not sure that the boat has been updated with the newer technology that allows it to manage the waves better. Everyone around me that had multiple cruise experiences said that it was the worst they had ever experienced. Ship was not kept up as it should be with a lot of wear and tear showing starting with the paint peeling on the outside of the ship. Sound on the ship was challenging, could not watch a movie I wanted to see on the pool deck because I could not hear it and the trivia game in the next door Schooner lounge was blaring through the PA system. Free drinks and snacks that should have been made readily available at all times would at time completely disappear from site.

Bartender in Rita's cantina was alone during the 2 for 1 special margarita time so people were getting really frustrated especially since he was not paying attention to who had been waiting and who had just walked up to the bar, serving immediate arrivals before people waiting for several minutes. Windjammer food was okay, staff was good there but some of the food was mediocre. It seemed as if the last day when they knew reviews and tips were going to be given out did they step up there game on all areas of attentiveness. On the last night all of the restrooms near the restaurants were all shut down, I was told by one of the workers to either go all the way forward or back to my cabin to go to the restroom, which I could do but was a challenge for the little lady next to me with a walker. Over all I was not impressed.
