I booked the cruise and got a balcony stateroom for 4 adults on the 13th floor. Arrival day in Barcelona, the hotel provided by the company was great, breakfast was included. Day of the cruise, the check in process was seamless, fast, efficient. Had lunch at Taste restaurant while waiting for stateroom to be cleaned. Once room was ready, met attendant, who didn't help bring the bags in the room and made a comment of that's a lot of luggage. There are 4 people in the room. The stateroom was distressingly small for 4 adults, no storage space for luggage, sleeping area extremely tight, toilet paper was 1 ply and very poor quality. Had dinner at Manhattan restaurant, food was unimpressive, service so so. Day 2, day at sea, breakfast at the Garden buffet, good food, staff not attentive. Lunch at Shanghai Chines restaurant, worst Chinese food I've ever had, food was left in warmer, not cooked fresh, very tough to eat. Dinner at Manhattan restaurant, food still not that good, Wait staff confused, and a bit overwhelmed, dessert served melted.

Day 3, first port of call Naples, room attendant extremely rude, and stating fines to my elderly dad regarding "no smoking" on the balcony, a courteous reminder would have sufficed. Dinner at Manhattan restaurant took over 2 hours received food cold, dining room staff fighting. Day 4, Livorno, chose a different dinner venue, Taste, service was great, food was good, but turkey was dry. Day 5 Civitavecchia, Day 6 Cannes, almost missed tour since announcement system that the ship was tendered not heard over breakfast or in stateroom. Day 7 Palma de Mallorca. Day 8 back in Barcelona, early docked, disembarkation process seamless and organized.
