Sail Date: Nov 2015
Cabin: Family Ocean View Stateroom

We booked this cruise to coincide with a previous week at a time share in Orlando.

We arrived at the ship about noon on the Saturday and were promptly processed and on board by 12:30. Staterooms aren't ready until one so we did an exploration tour of the ship.

We were in an ocean view cabin on deck 2. When we were able to get into our cabin we noticed a slight door around the ventilation vent. We were told it would clear up once we were underway; which it did and never returned the balance of the cruise. Our room attendant was very good and any requests were handled promptly and with courtesy. Unfortunately the bed was such that we were unable to fit our emptied suitcases under the frame. We were able to nest them so they didn't take up too much room but it would have been better to get them out of sight completely. The bed was a touch soft which might be an issue for those who like a real firm mattress but it was okay for us.
