WHAT a Disaster! The techNO ship is EXTREMELY buggy from the three and 1/2 hour wait on pier to check in due to WHY fi failure and the total violation of HIPA laws by verbally asking medical questions in the middle of a mob, Royal C has smart people why was there no contingency? Oh and the violation of Maritime law during muster the electronic card readers went out so the staff just took passengers word for it I watched people stand there telling him well two in this room four in that room but he never verified that those people were there.

I am Diamond (1 cruise away from plus) so I have become accustomed to The Royal service HEAR THIS, SERVICE IS WHY I COME BACK NOT GLITZY DANCING ROBOTS!

Royal has developed a "doing more with less " policy so cabin stewards get more rooms, Wait staff get more tables, we eliminate the bread guy, and adopt the Disney plan of rotating restaurants and wait staff the tortuous rout the staff has from kitchen to table almost guarantees a cold meal the staff is working like crazy but have been dealt a bad hand and cannot keep up. The food was unimpressive.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D5

Cabin was nice clean lots more storage good sized shower but the drains transmit all sound from room to room pretty clearly had to put wet towels over them to muffle the little girl screaching out Disney tunes at 10:00 at night
