Well where do I start. I have been on several cruises mainly royal Caribbean or Norwegian Cruise lines. I wasn't expecting it to be on the same level but this ship (ferry) has some serious issues. Two things I was told about this ship were it had friendly staff and good food. In all the ships I have been on I have never met such rude and miserable staff almost to the point I felt like they didn't want to be on the ship either. Observatory bar man rude and if he can be bothered he might serve you. Waitress in same bar I don't think had a smile. Two blokes in casino cashiers generally doing nothing eating crisps and with no manners. Threw the chips at you no hello no thank you and if you won they would speak in a different language and laugh. Casino on most ships is a highlight and great atmosphere and when you win normally congratulated. As for the rooms well I'll add the photos and you can see for yourselves. In 7 days we didn't have our sheets changed once. Brown stains on towels yellow water which I'd been using to brush my teeth with. Realised after 2 days why I had been feeling ill. Toilets always broken and my nan in room next door her toilet exploded with sewage in room. Drinks package waste of time as 70% of drinks menu still had supplement charge. Food pretty much same in every restaurant and if you go to the waiter service dinning your likely to have dirty glasses wine poured over you and general caos. Also 4 seasons and 7 seas serve exactly the same food. The attention to detail on this ship is diabolical if I could of taken a video of some of the things I've seen you would be shocked. I could go on and on but I feel I have already wasted 1 week of my life which I will never get back so I will stop now. Check out the photos and good luck to all of you. My girlfriends first experience on a cruise was not pleasant and I'm going to struggle to convince her that not all ships are like this wreckage. On high note entertainment is not bad and we did see some good shows. not all the staff were as above but only a handful out of all staff is just not good enough. Cabin fever is an understatement.
