Extremely poor service!! Very unorganized , service was terrible in dining room.You could ask for tea or something else and you may or may not get it. We had a party of 12 and could never eat together and it took way too long too get fed. We had reservations and on Thursday night since this was FREESTYLE!! we waited over an hour to get seated and that was after we asked 4 times. They let people cut in line and seated them without Reservations. The tea was terrible it was way too strong I guess they didn't know how to mix it they ran out of Tea before the cruise was over.
The card room was small and a large group of kids without any parents took up half the room and were so loud you couldn't hear. They opened about 20 games and let them scattered all over.
On our last port we were there first but they let other cruise line dock and we had to tender. We were suppose to get off at 8:00 am it was 10:00 before we got off. We had a fishing trip planned but didn't get there until 10:30 by that time the best fishing was over so we lost $400 on that trip.

Easy to get too. A little longer getting out of ship channel.
Cozumel
A lot of shopping if you like that kind of thing. We didn't stay on shore long.
Belize City
Got to tour city and country and stopped at Rum Factory. Very good experience.
Roatan
Would have been a lot better but We were 2 hours late getting to port because of too many other cruise lines coming in at same time. We could not dock and had to tender even through we were there first.
