How disappointed to arrive at our balcony cabin to prepare for the much advertised 5 Ship Spectacular to find a dirty, unmade room, dirty glasses and sheets all over the room.
A very disappointing start, but seemingly impossible to fix because there were so many problems on board that it was impossible to get through to reception.
Then we discovered we had NO AIRCONDITIONING - the room was suffocatingly hot, not possible to be in there.

Room not made up. Aircon out of service. Shabby Room.
Even when airconditioning repaired it worked very minimally.
