This cruise was the fifth time with Celebrity, the fourth ship, and have to say the standard is consistent, we desperately want to try other cruiselines but Celebrity make it difficult. The ship was beautiful, we have sailed on Eclipse twice and Equinox is just as good. We usually visit three speciality restaurants but only one this time because the quality of the food and service in the Silouhette dining room was really good so we decided to stay there. We loved the two waiters Cyrel and Kevin and the Sommelier Alan so asked each night if we could sit at one of their tables. The lady at the dining room reception Corica had an extremely difficult task but managed to squeeze us in where we wanted each night ... brilliant service.

Alejandro the Cruise Director was on Constellation in July so we knew what to expect, he was even funnier this time because either his English is improving or we understand him better. Never had a problem with any CD but Alejandro is definitely number one.

The stateroom was perfect, we had one small issue that was rectified immediately, one measure relating to the quality of service is, in my opinion, how quickly a problem is dealt with and Celebrity excel in this area. Read more
