This was by far the worst vacation ever. The cruise director even asked at a bingo even who was having a good cruise and he was booed. This cruise wad disorganized, crowded, and everything required a hour long line. The kid events were NOT open very often, yet this boat was advertised as "kid friendly". The ropes course was open from 3-6pm, the slides are open 10:-11:45 or 5-7pm (yet the kids are not allowed to go in the main pool, only baby pool) the ropes course is open 10-6pm. So, when you are not in line with 1,500 other kids for the FEW hours they LET then do the events (even on beautiful days) there is NOTHING for them to do besides drop a fortune in the arcade. My 9yr old and 13 year old are athletic kids and not used to being bored so this was extremely disappointing........lastly, after waiting in line for 1 1/2 hours to get off the ship an adult couple cut the whole line and pushed a handicapped girl out of the way to do so. The whole line started to complain. The couple said "Welcome to New York, this is what you get here" and one of the cruise staff said, oh well your getting off anyway. Totally unacceptable! #1 no New Yorker would want to be associated with these people #2 he should had made them step aside and helped the girl instead of not giving a cheap because our money had been spent. All and all....we give this cruise a negative 10 :( Horrible
