We were on the Norwegian Dawn from 11/15 until 11/22. The ship it self seemed a bit dated and some things needed a little love and attention...ie: the furniture in the cabin, carpet, curtains etc. HOWEVER, the rest of the cruise made up for all that. We had so much fun with the crew and staff on the ship. Our cabin service man was AMAZING! His name was Jay and he did everything to the highest level possible. He made us soooo comfortable and met every need we had. Give this man a raise!!!!! The food on this ship was very good. WE LOVED THE MODERNO! LOVED LOVED LOVED. The food was remarkable and the staff superb. We ate there twice because it was so good. The food at the Italian restaurant was average in my opinion but the staff were Excellent! The hostess even offered to send us a dessert up to our cabin if we wanted it later in the evening because we declined dessert with our meal (we had the ultimate dinning package). Cagney's steakhouse was excellent as well, again the staff went above and beyond and really needs to be commended for their service. GREAT GREAT service.

The entertainment was OUT OF CONTROL! We thought this was the best part of our trip. The shows were wonderful and the young people so talented. We saw them outside of the theater a few times and they were so gracious with us falling all over them with adoration. Dingo Dave and Andre are hilarious. When I think of them I smile from ear to ear. What a couple of amazing people.......don't ever let them go. Thank you for an amazing vacation from the officers to the cleaning staff....everyone was AWESOME! Please please please pass our appreciation on to the entire crew.
