First let me say I've been on many cruises at Norwegian Cruise line. However this is the worst one I've ever been on. It was understaffed not very convenient. It was very dangerous for some people that have slipped and fall on the wet floors of which there was no sign to let you know that you were going to hit a wet floor. The restaurant service was horrendous there was not enough staff they didn't know what they were doing and you were lucky if you got served within 20 minutes or not at all. Also a lot of the staff was not able to answer your questions nor could you understand some of them.

I spent several times in the casino I have a free drink card of all the times I went in there I was only able to get served one drink nobody came over to me nobody asked if I wanted a drink or anything. The general service areas were not always clean. The service desk, when you went up there you couldn't get an answer to a lot of your questions. The shopping person was terrible she was rude she didn't know how to answer your questions and was not helpful with anything. The non-complementary restaurant that I went to was also terrible they didn't have enough staff they didn't get the orders right you couldn't understand the waiter and the bill was incorrect. I tried to explain to several people that I spoke to in the restaurant what I was trying to say was incorrect needless to say they did not understand me I had to take the bill to the front desk of which they told me the opposite of what I was told when I booked the cruise.

Dimples to say I was very disappointed on this trip. I was also disappointed when we were not able to dock where we should have been docking.
