This is my third NCL Cruise and I did buy 2 more "Next Cruises" so I will be cruising again with NCL.

Embarkation and Disembarkation both were easy, fast and without any problems. I have no suggestions where they could improve we were delighted with how fast it went.

Service was a little slow but it is to be expected on an inaugural run. I expect after a couple runs they'll be more seasoned servers. We ate at Savors and the wait was 1 1/2 to get our food which was horrible, but our friends told us by the end of the cruise it was a lot better. After that we chose to eat in the buffet and honestly, I'm on a cruise and didn't want to spend all my time in restaurants, I want to grab my food, eat and get on with the fun. The food in the buffet was, fresh, hot, and had very good flavor, we found out half the time, what ever they're serving in Savor, Taste and Manhattan (Complimentary) you can get up in the Buffet.

We loved our room and had plenty of storage, even for hanging clothes so I'm not sure why other's were having issues with storage. We had three suitcases and were able to unpack all of them. There aren't a lot of drawers (only 2 under the couch) but there are plenty of shelves to put folded clothes on and lots of hangers, never did we have clothes left in suitcases or left on furniture due to lack of room.

We did have a problem flushing the toilet, it was user error, and when we called saying our toilet wouldn't flush it took 4 hours for a plumber/maintenance person to show us how to flush the toilet, yeah we felt like idiots lol. We apparently were pushing the button to slow and on the sides, you actually have to push it right in the center and sort of quick.

Our room steward was wonderful, he did a great job. We requested robes and he got them right away, he was always friendly and very polite. You could tell though that they were over worked as it took most of the day to clean up our room and by the time he got it done he was going through to turn down the beds for night time.
