From 11 Nov. to 18 Nov., my wife and I embarked on the NCL Epic for a cruise in and out Rome. It was a tour package from Penang Malaysia by Emirates Air via Dubai. After a city tour of Rome and visiting the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain & Vatican's St. Peter's Basilica, we arrived at Civitavecchia, where the Epic is berthed.

Day 1: 11 Nov. - Rome (Civitavecchia, Italy)

We checked into cabin 9254 and had our dinner at the ship's Manhattan Restaurant at 6.00pm. We had a good nite's rest after our luggage were delivered to our room. The cabin was comfortable with ample of storage places in every nook & corner. The long bath & toilet was separate with 2 balcony chairs. There was coffee-making facility, hair blower & pool towels. ( We were fascinated by the towel folding! )
