Cabin: Concierge Class 3
This was our 1st transatlantic crossing and first with Celebrity Reflection.
The port we left from was Civitavecchia Check-in was very smooth and quick.
Our balcony cabin 1297 was great. It was at the end of the corridor and it was always very quiet. There was enough space to store all our things. Our concierge cabin attendant – Colin was very friendly and kept the cabin in a great condition. He always had a smile and was always so helpful.

Our cabin was in a good position at the end of the corridor deck 10 very quite.
Colin our room steward kept our room clean and tidy and if we wanted anything extra it was never too much trouble.
There was plenty of storage space with a large flat screen TV which had on demand programmes with the latest films and TV shows and British news and sport.
The bathroom was excellent with lots of storage and a glass shower door instead of a curtain.
Overall we were very pleased with the cabin except we felt the extra paid for concierge didn't seem worth it, after the first day we didn't bother with the canapés as they weren't anything special and you could get nicer things upstairs in ocean view cafe.
