This was a repositioning cruise ending in New Orleans. Perhaps this may explain the apparent lack of knowledge by the personnal staffing the main desk regarding general information about the next(s) port.
This ship is in need of a re-fit and I understand one is forthcoming in the next year. Our outside cabin had carpet which was stained from what it appears to have been a water (salt?) leak. The cabin steward used a bath towel to cover the area that was stained!!! Wall art was scarred. Oil (or some other lubricant) was leaking from overhead on deck 7 lounge chairs (as few as there were available) and their occupants. The staff made no effort to rectify the situation (even when apprised of this problem) since fellow passengers experienced the same oily substance on their clothes after sitting in the same area days later.Staff did not offer to have soiled clothing laudered.
Internet access was limited if available at all. Staff blamed passengers for not logging on/off properly.
