Just returned from our Grand European Tour. What a wonderful two weeks. Met a lot of fun and interesting people, both on and off the ship. Our program director, David Parker, and concierge, Nina Van Loon where unbelievable and worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had a wonderful time.

I must report that there were issues with the water levels due to a drought in the area, which has created water levels not seen in 250 years. We did have to transfer ships twice. However, the crew and the line made this as painless as possible and made sure we saw everything on the itinerary. Even though it was a slight inconvenience it was really a non-issue.

This was our first Viking river cruise and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Read more
