Sail Date: Nov 2015
Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View with Verandah 2D

This was my 15th cruise (my first being in 1973) and my second on Celebrity. I had such a good experience on the Celebrity Millenium that I decided to sail on Celebrity again and the fact that there was Top Chef At Sea on the cruise I selected was an extra added bonus.

The ship is the newest in the Celebrity fleet being only a little over 3 years old. I had a Verandah stateroom on Deck 6 and even though it was an obstructed view stateroom, it was certainly more than acceptable.

The ports were fine although I had been to the ports many times in the past - I did not book this cruise based on the ports that were visited. I booked the cruise due it being Top Chef At Sea and the line did not disappoint except in one aspect - the cooking classes with the chefs were sold out before the ship sailed and some had 50 passengers on the waiting list.
