I have always loved RCCL. I talked a first time cruiser into going on a short test cruise..WORST DECISION. This ship has absolutely no management. We had a very old and brown washcloth on our deck from the time we got there until we left. I would bet it is still there. Cabin 7604. The cruise began with an extremely chaotic port in Port Everglades. No organization there either. Power goes out and everyone is left in dark port or outside. No plan for disabled passengers to get in out of the heat. We arrived early, although told not to, because we had to check out of our hotel. Having a disabled passenger, we were moved and shuffled in and out of wheelchair and barked orders, wheelchairs here, then no..go back, was a mess. Once on board the chaos continued. Wait staff complained about the bad management of ship as we all complained. Event and entertainment was poor. Food was not up to par in dining room--i believe in an effort to force you into the "cover charge" dining venues. The windjammer used to have good food for breakfast and lunch but this too was disorganized and mashed potatoes and white rice daily. Burgers daily.

The most disturbing things to me were: 1) the management (white shirts) walked over trash, were rude to people who stopped them and generally didn't seem to be monitoring anything other than themselves and, 2) generally the dirtiness of the ship and 3) the fact they seemed to be unable to retain credit card information for the short duration and continually made you get back in line at customer service and then once again stopped you as you were leaving after a 3 hour delay. We had to give our credit card information 3 times and today when speaking with customer service they were still missing information...drink packages seemed to be charged though..I would have to really think long and hard about going back on RCCL
