What a terrible cruise we were delayed by the ash cloud in Bali and boarded the ship in Kuala lumpur nobody met us at the dock we had to find are own way on to the ship and carry are cases to are state rooms . The food was the worst I have ever had on a cruise ship (this was are 20th cruise on varies ships). At Breakfast the cereals were open to children putting the hands in the containers what has happened to the small individual boxes you could get? Try to get a bread roll that was not sweet was impossible.

At night in the dinning room was geared up to the Asian market all be it that there were over 600 Brits 700USA and 600 Austrailians on board we were not catered for at all. When we asked the waiter about the choice of food all he could say was that the menu was set by people in Miami and it could not be changed. I have been waiting for a questionnaire to vent my anger at but none came I think the powers that be realise the amount of anger people had about a lot of things on this cruise and have not sent any out.
