This was our first on cruise on Costa (Favolosa) and did not meet our expectation compare to other cruises we had taken in the past. Although, the ship was fairly new (4 years), we were disappointed by the lack of customer care, limited food selections with average quality and staff professionalism. We paid for the premium cabin service but could never get a hold of room service. When I complained to the customer service desk, her answer was "we cannot do anything since we have a big crowd you need to keep trying". Excursions were another disappointment. Length of tour was shorter than advertised. Tour guides were ok. We will not use Costa again on future cruises.
Good and clean.. The attendant was courteous and attentive.
Embarking & Dis-embarking processes were ok. Staff did not provide adequate guidance
Good tour, especially, in Monaco and Monte Carlo.
