So much expectation and such a bad experience! Everything badly overcrowded, not enough common areas for this number of passengers. We had ultimate food package but in 1 hour after getting to the ship, we couldn't make restaurant reservations, everything was booked! As a result, we couldn't have dinner on 2nd night, on 1st and 3rd nights we had dinners in restaurants we didn't want and on time we didn't like. Except buffet nothing was available even for lunch. Even on deck restaurant we were offered 1.5 hr wait. Pool size is a joke for this ship; elevators you have to wait forever; even getting a drink was a challenge. We cruised on NCL Sky and Pearl several times before and used to love this cruise line.
