I was the group leader of 22. First and foremost - the ship exceeded our expectations. After following the reviews I was not certain we had made the right choice but even though it is an older ship, it was clean and well cared for. My boss had the captains suite, which again - even though older, it was wonderful and we enjoyed having get togethers there. Everyone else was happy with their cabins with most having balcony rooms.
The food was ok, some nights being better than others, and we know that going in. I promise you, no one went hungry!!!
Scarlett's Steakhouse was good, not great. My husband and I felt rushed even though they were not busy and there was a language barrier. The little sample they bring out first was to die for!!!
Plenty of room - the bed was so comfortable that we had to make ourselves get up, and loved the balcony!!!
Drove there so didn't really do anything.
We went to the Tiki Bikini Hut on Junkanoo Beach. I highly recommend. The owners, Amanda and Byron are amazing. 4 shots and 4 beers for $10. We also got chairs and enjoyed our time. Great food too!!!
Hired our own guy to take us around and he was great. We wanted to eat at a locals restaurant so he dropped us off at Café del Punto - wow!!!! Amazing food and service. The governor of PR was eating lunch there too - he is very hospitable. They also had painting and crafts from local artist at very reasonable prices so purchased a few things that weren't the regular tourist items. Walked back to the ship - great day.
Went to the beach of course. We started out sitting when you first get there and later walked down to where it want so crowded. Much better and much cheaper!!!!!
