Boarding in Singapore was a nightmare - 4 hours standing in queues. Insufficient staff with insufficient knowledge. People directed to the wrong lines, many rude people pushing in (the same ones that push in at the buffets), luggage lost, and on it went. This seemed to set the tone for the whole cruise. Queuing for everything, everyday. Food in the Windjammer and in the dining room was very poor and my theory is this may be intentional to get people to dine in the themed restaurants and pay extra. Not enough entertainment on board and this is a problem when so many days are spent at sea. Shows at night were very good.

There is an endless push to buy merchandise and walking through the ship is like walking through the streets of Hong Kong or Phuket where there is someone every ten meters in your face selling something.

cabin was basic and OK.
