My wife and I decided on this cruise mostly based on the dates available and the price. We flew into JAX on the morning of the cruise and took a shuttle to the port. Arrived at the port at 1145 AM and were on the ship having lunch before 1230 PM. Embarkation was smooth except for the final line, I thought it was to get on the ship, it was for the portrait, wish there was a sign, we did not wish to have a picture made. Once on the ship we went down to see if the cabin was ready, it was not, but we did get to meet the steward Jesse, he was awesome. Went up to Lido to get a burger and fries (favorite meal on the ship).

Our cabin was a porthole which was very roomy for two people, just need a better place to sit than on the bed. My wife enjoyed being able to sit in the window area at night as I slept. They no longer put chocolates on the pillow at night, but I still had some in my suitcase from the last cruise, so no biggie. Towel animals as always were great.

Food was as good as always, I have seen reviews that say it was chain restaurant quality, I would like to know where they eat, because my wife and I both enjoyed dinner every night. We did My time dining and had no problem getting in about 6:15 every night, did not have the same wait staff each night though. Deli sandwich and pizza were both excellent too.
