This was my first time on a cruise and I had a great time! The food, the entertainment, the staff were all top-notch!
Willie Fernandez took care of our room and he was a delight. He went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time. He knew us by name, gave us some advice on things to do for the evening and made sure we had the time of our lives. He was honest, spoke very respectfully about the company he worked for and genuinely loved his job.
My only criticism about the cruise is the smoking. Upon boarding the Norwegian Sky I immediately could tell that smoking was permitted. The ship often had a "stale smoke" smell that was very unpleasant. I'm not sure if Norwegian has any non-smoking ships, I would prefer to cruise on that.

Great Stirrup Cay
Had been registered for the Kayaking excursion. However, it was advertised as "shallow water" kayaking. Shallow water to me means 3-4 feet. In reality, the excursion leader said they would be kayaking in 10-15 feet water. We declined to participate. The term shallow may need to be defined a little better in the future.
