I am not going to go into great detail other than to say that this was my first cruise, and it was everything that I expected and MORE. I tend to be great at anecdotal things, both positive and negative, but I am back at the office today and have no negative things to share at all. The entire trip was truly a wonderful experience!No complaints about the room.
You have expectations of how small they are, but they are well laid out, and we found our room to be nice and quiet. Our room had a queen size bed, a loveseat, desk and chair, and TV (don't expect too much from the TV but then again, you won't spend enough time in your room to even worry about it). There was plenty of storage available. The balcony was large enough for two chairs and a table large enough to dine on. The bathroom was fine, especially the shower. The service and attentiveness was outstanding.
The dining room was great each and every evening, and the Normandie restaurant was a FANTASTIC dining experience. Allow yourselves plenty of time for dinner ours lasted just over 3 hours. The service AND the food were outstanding in every respect.
