Having cruised on the Majesty before and not being that impressed we were delighted to have had a very good experience this time. We were in a lovely cabin which was looked after as usual very well. After reading reviews before travelling we were concerned about the food. Have to say though we found it to be more than acceptable and always could choose something for dinner. We ate in the Seven Seas Restaurant every evening and had the same table and waiters Jerry and Buds they couldn't do enough for you. The entertainment team were ok but the game shows really have been done to death perhaps Thomson should look into refreshing this side of the entertainment. Dance and singing team were excellent always putting 100% into their performances. Weather stopped us calling into Kefallonia but all other stops were alright. Plenty of space for sunbathing which was nice. We also had a lovely service on Remembrance Sunday given the Cruise Director Paul Fisher who made an excellent job. Our opinion of the ship was a good one although the one thing we didn't like was the Observatory was always so cold but apart from that all good. As said before we didn't like it all the first time on it but have now changed our minds and will look forward to cruising again on the Majesty.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside plus

Would always go for a plus as the standard is really quite small. The plus cabins h ave an extra wardrobe and also a fridge and more room for everything certainly worth spending that little bit more.
