Having never cruised with Princess and after reading previous reviews, I was unsure what to expect. This was an absolutely amazing cruise! Princess and the Star Princess did not disappoint. From the stateroom attendant to our waiter, the crew was so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to make our trip a great experience. The cabin was clean and well set up though the bathroom was quite small but really who cares about that? The food in the dining room was just wonderful and fabulous choices. Entertainment was good especially Frankie Moreno. The embarkation and disembarking was very fast and well organized. Only did one shore excursion through Princess and it was okay but not one I would repeat-in Santa Barbara, a walking, drinking, eating and photography tour but we seemed to just walk from one place to the next to eat or drink and I could have done it on my own. The rest of the ports, we just got off and did our own thing. I did bring a book to read but never got beyond one page as there was so much to do on board.

Cabin BB

Very nice. Spoiled with a balcony now. Lots of room but bathroom very small.

Port Reviews

Catalina Island (California)

Love this place. So quaint and so picturesque. Have been numerous times and it still thrills me.

Vancouver

Embarked from Vancouver. Very well done.

San Francisco

This is my happy place. I love this city. The whole vibe is friendly and the sea food certainly doesn't disappoint.

Los Angeles

Had the most fabulous Mexican food in San Pedro in a little place called the Acapulco restaurant. Must go back for some more.
