Picked the Haven spa suite room 14151.This is my eighth cruise the first with Norwegian Epic. Our spa suite room had a wonderful bed, awesome shower, large balcony, bizarre closet not enough hanging space, terrible WC.. door wouldn't close and in the middle of the night if you needed to use the WC the light would stay on. No desk available in the room and the only place to sit is on the bed. Difficult for two people to get ready at the same time.

Above the room is a deck starting every morning around 4:00 am deck people would rearrange the chairs. I was able to speak with our concierge and he was able to have them not move chairs on 4 out of seven nights. The best part of this room are the spa privileges. The spa is awesome. Wonderful steam room, sauna and pools. We spent some time everyday in the spa. Just put on your robe and walk 50 feet at you are there. It was nice having the benefit of the Haven experience. Had breakfast up there three times. Very nice to get away from the crowds. Loved the bartender in the Haven. Lilly. David the concierge is wonderful. A true asset for Norwegian.

Didn't utilize our butler many times except to complain about the noise above. If you are an experienced cruiser you might think this room is very small and no space available to just sit other than the bed. We never had time to use our Jacuzzi in our room. if you like some privacy for dressing or WC this room is not for you. We did all specialty dining. All was good except the Italian. Most time spent at Cagneys and the Moderno. Other than the Haven some bars were so busy it was difficult to get a cocktail.
