Our first RC cruise and we loved it. Overall we had great services from our Room Steward to our wait staff at the MDR and the Bar Tender at WJ. Cabin felt smaller compared to our other cruises but was ok and cosy.

The Ice Skating show, Tempei (juggler/magician), RC Band were fantastic. The cruise was fully booked but we had no issue getting pool deck chairs whenever we used the pool or hot tubs. Would have been great if the Rock Climbing, Roller Blading and Ice Skating were open throughout (like 9am to 9pm) instead of specific time.

Embarkation was crazy and chaotic. RC did poorly managing 2 of their Voyager Class ships (Voyager and Mariner OTS) in port at the same. There was no proper signage and RC Staff visible to direct passengers to the right Voyager ship. It took us nearly 3 hours to get on board and departed from port more then and hour late. We did not expect it to be this bad since we did embarkation at this port before where the Princess and RC were in port at the same time.
