Fifth cruise for us. Star is a nice sized ship that is easy to get around. Nice decor and clean.

Easy on and easy off in Tampa.

Waiting for our cabin to be ready, we dined in Versailles. Shrimp burger and Roast beef sandwich and both were very good. We enjoyed our wine and meal while the heard of people headed for the Buffet (no thanks). Room ready quickly. #10730 Aft. Great room with a large balcony (chair, 2 small tables and 2 loungers fit comfortably). The ship was beautiful, service was great. Breakfasts in Versailles every day and we enjoyed our Eggs Benedict very much. Dined in specialty spots 4 times, Cagney's steaks were the best I have ever had, go to Moderno hungry because the spectacular salad bar starts your meal out nicely then the chicken, steak, grilled pineapple etc just keeps coming and coming and coming! La Cucina is italian fine dining and fantastic also. All worth the extra few bucks if you want a "fine dining" experience. The Jazz Cats played most nights in the Atrium and added nicely to the ambiance.

Cabin B1

Large balcony! Interesting view straight off the rear of the ship. Room clean and efficient. Loads of storage. Shower nice and warm with amazing pressure.
