So this was my 12th cruise with Norwegian following Epic, Spirit, Breakaway, and Getaway (the last both the inaugural sailings).

I managed to get on the two 1 night sailings CTN from Southampton on the 27th and 28th before the 29th trans-Atlantic. It also allowed me to experience both an inside cabin as well as a balcony cabin.

I love Epic but when the away class came out I immediately loved the Waterfront concept, the negatives of the away class were the small Spice H2O and the bliss nightclub so was eager to see how Escape matched up to its older sisters.

Southampton

Ocean terminal was very cramped but boarding was ok when it eventually started.
