I have cruised a lot and have been on many Carnival ships. I expected so much more from this one that did not deliver. Our cabin steward was great, very sweet and did a good job. There were many friendly faces on the ship, and some not so friendly. Dinner was a nightmare! Open dining lines were 45 minutes and the host assistant person was very unfriendly. We ate dinner there two times because it was so unorganized. I eat open dining on other Carnival ships with maybe a two minute wait.

The sea day brunch staff was pretty friendly but I sent my steak back three times and finally just didn't eat it. You get burned or still mooing! Didn't go back there either. We never got in a comedy club it was too crowded and no seats. I heard so very many complaints about the casino. No one won anything ever. It took me all week and four times the usual amount I spend to get my drink card. The wait staff there is way under staffed. They came by maybe every hour or more.I was told by a supervisor that Magic has more quality to offer so it costs more. I would just as soon not have big water slides that are never opened and a better casino with more machines! You circle all night waiting to get on a machine. The casino is the most popular place on the ship, make them larger with a better pay off to keep people coming back. And definitely put a Guy's Hamburgers on this ship!!!

Too many long lines everywhere you go and I didn't care for the wake up song. The ship may hold that many people, but the entertainment spaces and dining rooms don't have room for you to use them. The bill I always get at the end did not come. Always a very long line at kiosk, the interactive TV would not pull it up, so I got off the ship not knowing what I spent. I had some credits due from shore excursions but no clue how that worked out. Like I said, not so magic....
