Hopes were high as Britannia is new and advertised as the flagship of the fleet. The outside decks have been really well designed and was impressed. The inside areas are neutral in colour so much so it appears very dark. The staff were always pleasant, friendly and helpful especially my cabin steward.the lifts were nightmare far too small for the amount of people on board. Heard many complaints especially from wheelchair users who had no other option getting from one deck to another. The food on the whole was good. The entertainment was just ok. On the whole the inside of the ship appeared to be clean enough but the outer decks are disgusting and in need of a really good clean. In the morning the tables were still cluttered and dirty from the previous night and remained that way all day. The service on the outer decks was awful. On more than one occasion gave up waiting to be served!!!

This was my first time with p and o and was so disappointed that it will probably be my last. Would not recommend this ship.

Cabin Review

Cabin Single

Cabin was a good size with tea and coffee facilities. Appeared clean and tidy
